FAMILY 05
The family 05 system is an innovative equipment destinated to revolutionize the revision, the testing and the service world both in the fixed place and at home for any type of extinguisher such as dry chemical extinguisher, CO2 extinguisher and foam extinguisher, as well as UNI 25-45-70 fire hoses in the full respect of all prescriptions prevued by the UNI 9994 normative. Nowadays is possible to install FAMILY 05 in any type of service van in order to reduce maintenance costs and to increase the efficiency of your service. FAMILY 05 contains all the operational abilities of eight machineries. 
Employment
Thanks to his reduced dimension permits the refill and the testing of extinguishers and fire hoses directly in the center of work or directly to the customer. It can operate connected with both an electric and a civil plant.
FAMILY 05 contains: 

• an empty pumps for powder (for the emptying and the filling of the dust, it also contains filter of protection fot the racking of dusts during the loading)
• an electronics balance for a better precision in the recharge of the wrap
• a pneumatics vice for the blockage of the extinguisher wrap (a foundamental requisite for the screwing and unscrewing of valves).
• an air compressor (18 bar for dry pressurization of UNI 25-45-70 hoses and for all typical cleanings of end revision
• a water pump to perform an hydrostatic test of the extinguisher to verify the integrity of the cistern or a water test of hoses
• an inox cistern of recovery water (80 lt) 
• a warm air generator used to dry the wraps at the and of an hydrostatic test
• a group for manual binding of hoses containing rolls for water expulsion
• a pumps for CO2 to the recharge of extinguisher  ​

MACHINE FOR THE WATER TESTING
Appliance for the water test until 34ATM for cisterns of portable extinguishers and 12/15ATM for UNI 70 and UNI 45 HOSES supplied with backup cistern of water (10lt) and 30x1,5 adapter.

DRYING MACHINE
Appliance for the drying of cistern for portable extinguishers and hoses, supplied with enroller. 

CARBONIC ANHYDRIDE PUMP
Appliance that permits the charging of extinguishers or anhydride carbonic bottles which compress the high pressure liquid CO2 directly inside the bottle. 

VALVES MACHINE
It enable to unscrew or lock the valves in CO2 bottles of any capacity. Thanks to a pneumatic vice it can block cisterns from 2kg to 50 kg. It is provided with a bimanual command in the respect of anti accident norms.

STEM THAT PICK UP DUST
It is used to deprive the dry chemicals extinguisher, in order to make the operations in the full respect of hygiene and security norms.

RECOVERY DUST MACHINE
The appliance allows to recover the dust that must be digested in big sacks of 1000kg without any type of environmental pollution. Commands both electricals and pneumatics are positioned in two power units easy to be reached by the operator.

APPLIANCES FOR THE LOADING AND THE EMPTYING OF DRY CHEMICAL EXTINGUISHERS CISTERNS
These appliances are silent and simple to use and they could be easly transported with a motor vehicle. They permit any type of work without environmental pollution by powders.
